How do I care for my crochet items?
Plushies: Hand wash/spot clean with damp cloth only; Do NOT machine wash
For wearables (hats/clothing): Hand washing recommended; if machine washing, wash on gentle cycle with cold water, in a garment bag. Lay flat to dry. Do NOT put in dryer, Do NOT iron
When will my item(s) ship?
Premade items will typically be shipped in 7-10 days, excluding holidays.
For custom orders and/or larger commissions, shipping date will be discussed in purchase agreement.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
We know shipping is expensive, but USPS sets prices- not us. We do allow for in-person pick up at markets or around town! Shoot us an email to arrange for local pickup.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Please contact us ASAP regarding your order. Please note that orders are not able to be cancelled once processed and shipped.
Large customs and commissions require a nonrefundable deposit that will not be issued back to the customer if an order is cancelled.
What happens if my item arrives damaged/is faulty?
We sincerely apologize! Please see our Returns & Refunds page for more details. Refunds are not available for custom orders.
